Apps for businesses that outgrew their website

Native iOS and Android apps, customer portals, installable web apps and ordering apps — built in Heber City. Free scoping call, fixed quote before you commit.

Most businesses do not need an app. Here is when you do.

We will talk you out of this if it is the wrong move. An app is not a bigger website, and “our competitor has one” is not a reason to spend five figures. Nobody keeps an app they open twice.

An app earns its place when one of these is true:

  • People come back on a schedule. Ordering food, booking a class, checking a job status. Repeat use is the whole game — an app opened weekly pays for itself, one opened once does not.
  • You are renting your own customers. Third-party ordering and booking marketplaces take 15–30% of every ticket and keep the customer relationship. Your own app takes nothing and keeps the list.
  • Your crew runs the business on paper. Scheduling, dispatch, inspections, inventory, photos from the job site. Custom software is often cheaper than the per-seat licences you are already paying for, and it fits how you actually work.
  • You want to reach people without paying twice. A push notification costs nothing. Reaching that same customer with an ad costs every single time.

If none of those describe you, we will say so, and point you at the website or Google Business Profile work that will move revenue faster for less money.

What we build

Native iOS and Android apps

Real apps in the App Store and Google Play. We build cross-platform, so a single codebase ships to both instead of you paying for the same app twice. That covers push notifications, camera and photo upload, GPS, offline use, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the store submission itself — including the review rejections nobody warns you about the first time.

Customer portals and custom software

Web apps for the work that does not fit an off-the-shelf tool: client portals, quoting and estimating, dispatch and scheduling, inspection checklists, and dashboards that pull your numbers into one place instead of four. Runs in a browser on any device, nothing to download, no app store involved.

Progressive web apps

A PWA installs to the home screen, works offline and sends push notifications — but ships as a website. No app-store review, no commission, and a bug fix goes live in minutes instead of waiting a week for Apple to approve it.

For a lot of local businesses this is the honest answer. It does most of what a native app does, for a fraction of the cost and time, and you can always go native later once you know people are actually using it. We would rather build you the cheap version that works than the expensive version that proves a point.

Restaurant ordering and loyalty

Online ordering that belongs to you, with loyalty, saved favourites and repeat ordering built in. If you are handing a third of a ticket to a delivery marketplace on every order, the math on your own ordering app is usually faster than people expect — and your regulars are the ones who install it.

How a build actually runs

  1. Scoping call, free. Thirty minutes. What the app has to do, who touches it, and what it replaces.
  2. Fixed quote. Written scope, fixed price, real timeline — before anyone writes a line of code. If the scope changes later we re-quote it in writing. You will not get a surprise invoice.
  3. Built in stages. You see working software early and often. No six-month silence followed by a reveal.
  4. Launch. Store submission, review handling, and the listing copy — which is its own kind of SEO, and most people waste it.
  5. Support. Apps are not finished at launch. iOS and Android ship breaking changes every year, store policies move, and real users do things you did not predict.

Why there is no price on this page

Every other service we offer has a starting number on it, because those jobs have a shape we recognise. App builds do not. A single-screen loyalty app and a dispatch system for a fifteen-truck crew are both “an app,” and putting one number on both would be dishonest in one direction or the other.

So the number comes out of the scoping call, and it is fixed before you commit to anything. The call costs nothing and you are not obligated to book the work.

You own all of it

Same as everything else here. The source code, the developer accounts, the App Store and Play Console listings — yours. If you ever leave, you take the whole thing with you and it keeps running. We have never held a client's assets hostage and we are not going to start with the most expensive thing they own.

Built here, by someone who watched the job first

We are on Main Street in Heber City. If you are in Heber, Midway, Kamas, Francis, Oakley, Charleston, Wallsburg or over the hill in Park City, we can sit down at your counter and watch how the work actually happens before anyone proposes software for it.

That matters more on an app than on anything else we build. The usual reason custom software fails is not bad code — it is that whoever wrote it never watched the job being done, so they automated a version of it that does not exist. Eleven years here, 100+ local businesses, and a 4,600-member business group means we have usually seen your workflow before you describe it.
